Orders placed on boldfactory.pt are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 2-5 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with all the information.

If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible.

However, circumstances beyond our control might occasionally lead to the unfortunate necessity of order cancellation. Should such a situation arise, rest assured that Bold Factory will promptly notify the customer within a span of 24 business hours. Additionally, the corresponding refund will be seamlessly processed via the payment method utilized for the purchase.

RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on boldfactory.pt.
• Orders must be returned by mail only.
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrances cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
• Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
• After inspection allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Bold products not purchased from boldfactory.pt.
